Naturanda offers activities in which transportation is an ancillary element and not the principal purpose of the service.
The customer acknowledges that the voucher corresponds to a tour or tourist activity and not to a transportation service itself.
5. Risks Inherent to Activities
Tourist activities and excursions may involve certain inherent risks.
Naturanda holds all mandatory permits, licenses, and insurance policies, but customers acknowledge that they may not claim compensation beyond the coverage established under such insurance policies.
6. Complaints During the Activity
If a customer wishes to make a complaint during an activity, they must immediately inform the guide, tour leader, or person in charge so that the issue may be addressed at the time.
Complaints regarding incidents that were not reported during the activity will not be accepted afterward.

7. Authority to Purchase Tickets on Behalf of the Customer
For the proper provision of the service, Naturanda may purchase tickets, admissions, or passes on behalf of the customer, subject to the customer’s prior consent at the time of booking.
The amount corresponding to such tickets shall be paid in advance by cash, credit card, or bank transfer, as applicable.
