Cathedral of Seville, La Giralda and the Royal Alcázar Guided Tour
Discover the majesty of the Cathedral, La Giralda and the Royal Alcázar of Seville in a single tour.
Discover the treasures of Seville’s royal heritage with this guided tour of the Alcázar, the Cathedral and the Giralda, three of the city’s most iconic monuments. Recognised as UNESCO World Heritage Sites, these places will show you the historical richness of Seville, from its Muslim roots to the Gothic and Renaissance periods. With priority access, you will enjoy a guided tour where the monuments come to life thanks to the stories and secrets that the experts will tell you.
The nearly 1.5-hour tour of Seville Cathedral, the largest Gothic cathedral in the world, will allow you to discover its evolution from its origins in the 12th century as the Aljama Mosque of Isbilya, the main mosque of Muslim Seville. You can explore its hidden treasures, learn about its legendary history and visit the tomb of the explorer Christopher Columbus.
A highlight is the climb up the Giralda, the old Moorish minaret converted into a bell tower, where you will have time to walk up the ramps and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the city from its height of 90 metres.
After visiting the cathedral and the Giralda, you will enjoy a short break before entering the Real Alcázar of Seville, the oldest royal palace in Europe. For approximately 1.5 hours, you will explore the Palace of King Pedro, the Palace of Yeso, the Assistant’s House, the House of Trade, the Gothic Palaces and, of course, the gardens of the Alcázar, a true spectacle of art and nature, with priority access.
At the end of the tour, you will have free time to continue exploring the gardens and palaces of the Real Alcázar at your own pace. Don’t miss this opportunity to experience the splendour of Seville’s Golden Age and enjoy one of the most comprehensive cultural tours of the city.
